Workshop Summary:
Leadership for Change is thrilled to be a part of F.A.C.E. Consulting Collaborative and to offer a two-day workshop where we will deepen awareness, strengthen skills, and build community to challenge systems of inequality and inequity. In this interactive and experiential workshop participants will:
- Build knowledge and skills for growing more effective cross-cultural relationships and partnerships.
- Move awareness and understanding into skills, commitment and action.
- Grow more culturally inclusive teams, organizations and communities.
- Engage in ally work and relationships to address cultural competency, inequity and social justice.

What: Cultural Competency & Beyond Workshop

Where: The 2100 Building, 2100 24th Ave. S, Seattle, WA 98144
Who: F.A.C.E. Consulting Collaborative aims to Facilitate Awareness and Change for Equity. The members of the the team are Ginlin Woo, Viviana Aguilar, Jeff Birdsall, Anna Hansen, and Mike Beebe. Our mission is to assist and support individuals, organizations, and communities in confronting issues of diversity in a community building strategy focused on truth telling, change, and equity. The training team has decades of experience as facilitators, educators, storytellers, and community organizers.
Who will Benefit from attending Cultural Competency and Beyond?
This workshop is designed for individuals who want to be more effective in their work for equity in organizations, communities, and families. Past participants in our workshops include but are not limited to Program Directors, Executive Directors, Community Organizers, Youth Development professionals, etc.
