You'll take on a wide range of day-to-day responsibilities, all of which require coordination, prioritization and administrative support. Using your exceptional multi-tasking, organizational and communication skills, you will insure operations are running smoothly and efficiently as possible.
 

As a member of our Children, Youth & Family Behavioral Health Team, you will:

  • Provide support to supervisors and staff, relieving staff of day-to day administrative details
  • Coordinate and travel itineraries, staff calendars and compile agendas
  • Schedule meetings; take notes and transcribe minutes
  • Coordinate logistics and materials needed to facilitate meetings, trainings and conferences
  • Screen calls and visitors
  • Complete special projects
