DSHS Behavioral Health Program Manager

The Division of Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) is seeking a highly qualified, detail oriented, culturally competent Behavioral Health Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and policy development relating to state-wide adult chemical dependency services.

Some of what you'll be doing

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned contracts with Behavioral Health Organizations (BHO), grant funded contracts and direct service contracts as related behavioral health services
  • Plan, develop and collaborate the design of the integrated contract model that will be used to create the BHO as it pertains to substance use disorder and mental health services
  • Manage activities related to the transition of BHOs into managed care organizational as it relates to behavioral health services
  • Participate in the development of contracts for the unit, manager and monitor daily contract responsibilities for compliance, policy and regulation
