Purpose: Increase local capacity to address cross-community sector experience sharing and increase coalition development and coalition member capacity to effectively serve as a representative with community and professional influence.

Goals: Recruitment, education, networking and skills building!

Who should attend: As a priority all coalition coordinators, chair persons and PI specialists are strongly encouraged to attend. This is a major education and recruitment event!  Please be sure to include all your coalition members if possible, all DFC funded coalitions, key leaders in your community, ESD staff and directors, fiscal agents, youth representatives and all potential members who just need more in depth info!

Participants will have the opportunity to attend tracks of their choice and see what their sector brings to the coalition/community and how to bring back coalition work to their sector; with the realization that they may fit into multiple sectors. (cross-community sector reps)

Tracks:3 tracks will be provided each with 4 session options ( Coalition Work and Structure, Engaging Community Partners and Networking With a Purpose)  You are not bound to a track, you can pick and choose which sessions to attend!

Incentives: Lunch will be provided!  Discounted hotel rates!  CEU’s from Heritage University! And Clock Hours from ESD123!  Each participant will also receive a certificate!
