Registration for the Athena Forum is a multi-step process. The process is different depending on your employer. Many state agencies are members of the State Governmental Network (SGN) and can access the Athena Forum using their own network user id and password. However, for members of local government, the private sector, or state agencies that are not part of the State Governmental Network, access to the Athena Forum will be granted via a SecureAccess Washington (SAW) account.
