Your opportunity at a glance
The Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) is announcing an opportunity at the headquarters office in Olympia, WA for a Marijuana Policy and Legislative Coordinator. This exempt, full-time position reports to the Director of the agency and is responsible for developing the marijuana rules that are consistent with, enhances and clarifies the current laws and serves as one of the agency's experts on agency marijuana laws, policies and rules.  By establishing an effective system for the development, implementation and ongoing monitoring of agency marijuana rules and legislation, this position will continually improve business, regulatory, enforcement and education processes through rules and policy to ensure the highest possible level of public safety.
