Monitoring and match support is critical to mentoring not only to create satisfying and successful relationships, but also to adjust to changing needs of the mentee, mentor, and family/caregiver to ensure safety. We will present the 2016 monitoring and match support data of the Elements of Effective Practice.
This interactive workshop will help you to identify needs and articulate your programs objectives for match support.
We will cover:
1. Frequency, type, and importance of communication with youth, mentor and family/caregiver;
2. Protection and ensuring child/youth safety;
3. Promoting match longevity;
4. Achieving positive outcomes for all;
5. Tracking data to support continued improvement
