Online Survey to Advise the DOH on Marijuana Public Health Hotline

The Washington State Department of Health (DOH) was mandated by the state legislature to provide a "marijuana public health hotline" under RCW 69.50.540.

The Washington Recovery Help Line is the current state funded substance use help line. It is primarily funded by the Washington Department of Social and Health Services, Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery (DBHR), and serves as a primary source of marijuana educational and referrals across Washington State. Currently, the DOH is providing limited financial support to this help line through June 2017.

Please complete this survey to advise the DOH on the best way to meet its legislative mandate starting July 2017.

This survey is being promoted through list serves hosted by the DOH's Marijuana Prevention and Education Program and DBHR. Results will be summarized by DOH and distributed via the two list serves and via email to key partners. The survey is intended to be anonymous. You will not be asked for personally identifying information.

The survey will close at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, November 16, 2016.

Please forward to others who may be interested in responding to this survey.

Data collected in this survey may be subject to disclosure under RCW 42.56 (Public Records Act).
