Recovery and Resiliency Manager
The Recovery & Resiliency Manager is part of the Executive Management Team and is charged with ensuring that recovery and resiliency as well as the perspective of individuals who use services, youth and families are actively considered in every phase of our operations. This includes developing policies and procedures, identifying community and other programs that will increase the use of these principles, working with the behavioral health community to further refine these principles as they relate to services for individuals, youth and families, and developing and implementing internal and external-based support and training for recovery-based services and programs.
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Demonstrated understanding of the tenets of mental health recovery
- 2 years Management / Supervisory experience in mental health or social services organization
- Project management experience
- Experience organizing and leading educational programs and events
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
- Undergraduate degree required, Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health or related field preferred
