The purpose of the Performance Based Prevention System (PBPS) is to report on prevention services delivered by counties and tribes using Federal Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment block grant funding and to report on prevention service planning and implementation and coalition functioning for the Strategic Prevention Framework-State Incentive Grant (SPF-SIG). Coaliton Online Management and Evaluation Tool (COMET)

COMET is the Coalition Online Management and Evaluation Tool. It is a web based system that was designed using the Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF). The system helps you as a grantee to manage the day to day work of running an anti-drug coalition. The system also provides a platform for you to provide semi-annual progress reports to your CSAP Project Officer.
