Behavioral Health Impacts of COVID-19

The goal of this presentation is to provide an overview of disaster response tools and preparedness for prevention contractors. We will cover common emotional reactions and behavioral health symptoms to traumatic events and discuss ways we can actively build resilience in our communities to navigate the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. There will be a question and answer segment following the presentation.
Our presenter will be Kira Mauseth, Ph. D., a disaster recovery specialist working with Washington State Department of Health as a member of the COVID-19 Strike Team.
