Coalition building - what should be on the first agenda?

Good afternoon and I hope you all are staying well during this time!

I am one of the fellows with DBHR that is currently placed out in the community to build capacity for coalition work. The agency I am working with in Snohomish county does not have CPWI funding yet, but is interested in starting it's first coalition meeting at the end of the month! As exciting as this is, I wanted to gain some perspective of what do each of you think should be on the agenda for the first meeting of a coalition during it's formation phase?
