The mission of Communities Joined in Action (CJA) is to connect and equip communities with tools to improve health equity and well-being. CJA is a national membership organization committed to improving health and eliminating disparities.  CJA is a leader in mobilizing communities to build public-private community-based collaborative that achieve better health for all people at less cost.  CJA assists thousands of communities across the United States in building effective, efficient and sustainable local delivery systems that improve health and eliminate disparities.
