Health Care Authority branding and logo guidelines

As of July 1, 2018, the Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery (DBHR) has transitioned to the Health Care Authority. Please follow the guidance and directions for the use of the logo for all NEW media materials. If you have any additional questions or concerns please feel free to ask your DBHR Manager.

Do I need to use the HCA logo?

  • The HCA logo is only needed for new media materials. If you have already printed materials please don’t reprint with the HCA logo.
  • Otherwise, in most cases a simple statement of “Funded by Washington State Health Care Authority” in type is fine. The logo is not necessary.
  • However, if there are other logos included on a piece, please include the HCA logo too for consistency.
