Description: In this webinar, Mary Kay Patton from Washington State University’s Center for Transformational Learning & Leadership will lead participants through short mindfulness exercises that can be used to reduce personal stress and increase resilience during the COVID-19 outbreak. Participants will leave with an understanding of how to start incorporating mindfulness in their own personal and professional lives as well as resources for introducing mindfulness to patients and/or clients.
