MENTOR Washington (MW) is seeking to hire a full-time Program Manager to provide results-driven leadership and strategic direction to guide implementation and evaluation of training and symposia, coaching and consultation, quality assurance system, awareness raising, pilot projects, and knowledge resources for youth mentoring programs. This career leadership position provides the opportunity and responsibility to make a difference in the lives of youth through partnership with 100 exciting and inspiring youth mentoring programs in all corners of Washington State.
MW's Program Manager participates in a learning community of youth mentoring programs in Washington, leads MW's Program Advisory Council, partners with other intermediary youth development organizations in Washington, and participates with other program professionals as part of the Affiliate Network of MENTOR, the National Mentoring Partnership (25 other states).
The Program Manager works with a small supportive team of MW staff and a cadre of contracted coaches and consultants.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience preferred in the non-profit sector
- Experience in mentoring, education, youth development, or social work
- Experience in management and/or project management preferred
