Please secure your oxygen masks! Signs of vicarious trauma and self care techniques

We love what we do and sometimes our cup is simply half empty. This webinar will explore the signs of vicarious trauma and emphasize some self-care techniques. How do we go from Compassion Fatigue to Compassion Satisfaction and regain the love for the work we do?
