SPARKS 2018 Speakers
Day One:
Hilary Franz, Aneka Sweeney, Heather Trim, and Ross Freeman will be covering the "Wicked Problems" we face in the environment surrounding us as well as outlining various social marketing campaigns that motivated action around environmental protection.
Jennifer Rash, Serena Li, Andres Rodriguez will address the urgent issues that exist within multicultural communities and discuss effective practices for community engagement.
Erika Mascorro, Stef Frenzl and Mallory Peak will present on an array of topics within the realm of public health, talking through the crises of the present moment and how we can incite positive change.
Rick Kool, Nancy Hardwick, Dave Ward and Doug McKenzie-Mohr will provide us with a review of advanced theories of social marketing, attempting to expand the ways that we think about change and implement social marketing campaigns.
Day Two:
Doug McKenzie-Mohr will lead the interactive morning session on effective ways to spark behavior change depending on the barriers and motivators of the specific campaign.
Sophia Lerdahl will present on and discuss the times in which social marketers can bring in and utilize psychographic segmentation in order to motivate specific audiences.
Kristin Pace will facilitate the interactive afternoon session on strategies and best practices for evaluating social marketing campaigns.
