Survey for behavioral health providers and schools

The Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction and The Health Care Authority have developed a survey in hopes to better understand the existing relationships, services and needs between schools and behavioral health (mental health and substance use disorder) treatment providers, in addition to gaining an understanding of school based services being offered.

We would be very appreciative if you could take this short survey to help inform us of this current landscape and what professionals throughout the state are seeing as priorities to help meet the needs of children and youth as it relates to cross-system behavioral health collaboration and treatment access. This survey will also be used to inform HCA and OSPI of additional supports and needs of school staff member and behavioral health clinicians.

The survey will be open until Friday May 10th.
