Virtual Strategic Planning

What are some ways you are doing strategic planning virtually in your communities? Any tips for success?

In one of our communities, we used the "Mentimeter" platform and I loved it! Participants did not find it difficult to go onto their own webbrowser from their phone and my presentation was directly on their phone.

Basically, it's a more engaging online version of PowerPoint. What we do is "share our screen" while it's on present mode and use the question features for our strategic and action planning process to get their feedback. What's neat about the platform is the types of questions you can ask from brainstorming local conditions to ranking the communities larger issues to rating our current programming for outcome impact. Highly recommend for "virtual" facilitation of the strategic and action planning process.
