Objectives: As a result of participating in this webinar, you will be able to: 1) Describe how substance use and suicide are related; 2) List ways in which communities can implement prevention strategies targeting substance misuse and suicide; 3) Explain a method of jointly addressing substance misuse and suicide risk in general health care settings; and 4) Describe how substance use disorder treatment providers may identify and intervene with patients at increased risk of suicide.
