Webinar: Behavioral health integration - Substance use disorder model of integrated care

The goal of this presentation is to discuss the various integrated care approaches and screening tools that are appropriate for patients with a substance use disorder. By the end of this presentation, participants will be able to accomplish the following objectives:

1. Examine and assess the different models of integrated care as compared to the substance use disorder model.
2. Identify the challenges of developing a substance use disorder model.
3. Engage substance use disorder providers in developing a substance use disorder integrated care model.
