Webinar: Racial tensions - Do coalitions have a role?

The death of Mr. George Floyd has sparked discussions, protests, policy changes in communities across the nation. However, many communities are unable to address racial injustice because they lack the knowledge and competencies to collaborate for change in a constructive manner. There is good news! Coalitions can and have served as leaders to enhance their communities’ collaborative capacities. This session will introduce the concepts of collaborative leadership and implicit bias. Participants will have opportunities to discuss these concepts and how they will apply them in their communities.
