Conversations: Putting Research Into Action being brought to you by Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA). 

The conversation will be with Dr. Jennifer Langhinrichsen-Rohling, Emily Blejwas, and Shearie Archer, as we discuss their article entitled, “Developing a Productive Workgroup Within a Community Coalition: Transtheoretical Model Processes, Stages of Change, and Lessons Learned”. The article explores how coalitions can use workgroups productively and engage their members and volunteers. The article was published in the 2018 special issue of Progress in Community Health Partnerships: Research, Education, and Action. Dr. Langhinrichsen-Rohling is Professor of Clinical Psychology in the Gulf Coast Behavioral Health and Resiliency Center at University of South Alabama. Ms. Shearie Archer is the Executive Director of Ozanam Charitable Pharmacy. Ms. Emily BLejwas is the Director of the Gulf States Health Policy Center Coalition.
