Webinar: Part 2 Trauma Series: The intersection of adolescent trauma and OUD/SUD

Providers, organizations, and communities need to arm themselves with tools and knowledge for reducing and preventing substance use disorder among the most fragile members of society. In collaboration with the Opioid Response Network and the New England Region 1 Mental Health Technology Transfer Center, CCSME is offering this two-part series to address the relationships between infant and adolescent trauma, and the risk and potential for a substance use disorder outcome. Participants in this webinar will be able to name two brain systems impacted by exposure to adverse childhood experiences, describe three social, emotional, and behavioral impacts of exposure to ACEs during adolescence, and identify stigma in self and in others. You may register twice to complete the full two-part series or sign-up once for the program of your choice. You may learn more and register for Part 1 HERE
