Webinar: RACEing through revolving doors

Mass incarceration along with high recidivism rates are critical issues in the United States of America, but what is even more critical are the racial disparities found within these recidivism rates. Much of the recidivism is caused by mental health disorders such as trauma, depression, and addiction. As counselors and counselor educators, we must determine our role in battling this crisis. In this session, we will explore some of the disorders that fuel recidivism and what we must do as professionals to combat it.
