We will explore the inner work of racial healing, learning how emotional intelligence sustains us intellectually and emotionally in this rigorous work. We will compassionately explore the systemic nature of whiteness, racial oppression, and how it operates in us and through us. Incorporating views of leading racial justice advocates, we examine deep conceptual learning, personal reflection, and group explorations. This is work towards becoming an empowered racial healing ally in your company, community, and beyond.

In this webinar you will:

-Explore the foundation of emotional intelligence necessary for the racial healing

-Learn racially literate terminology in order to improve the ability to talk about race and racism

-Familiarize yourself with systemic racism/whiteness, implicit bias, and white fragility
