Webinar: Reducing problem gambling in Oregon

This webinar will showcase the Oregon Problem Gambling Prevention Project – a partnership between the Center for Health and Safety Culture and the Oregon Health Authority. This 2.5-year project focused on reducing problem gambling throughout Oregon. As part of the project, a toolkit of resources was developed to support county wide prevention professionals in their efforts to prevent problem gambling among adults and youth. This one hour webinar will provide an overview of an assessment to measure beliefs and behaviors related to problem gambling, as well as attitudes toward the development of guidelines for gambling responsibly. Join us to hear how this partnership formed, view the tools that were developed, and learn how they’re being used today to reduce problem gambling across the state.
