Webinar: West Coast Poverty Center Early life adversity and poverty roundtable: Innovating in this time of pandemic: Multi-level perspectives and bridging

The West Coast Poverty Center Roundtable at the University of Washington is hosting a virtual Early Life Adversity and Poverty Roundtable: Innovating in this Time of Pandemic: Multi-Level Perspectives and Bridging. These Roundtables allow cross-fertilization of ideas and perspectives that we rarely are able to consider together: community, philanthropy, government and research.

This event, May 14 from 9:00 to 11:00 am, will include a short presentation from Laura Porter about sequencing of learning, reflection and generation of high-leverage investments, a few examples of national and international approaches to supporting families through this time, and community and philanthropy perspectives on emerging challenges, strengths and resources from Kody Russell and Richard Watkins.
