OWL E-Learning relaunch - November 20, 2020

OWL E-Learning utilizes the state of Washington's online learning system for state employees. The state has transitioned to a new system for online learning. OWL E-Learning is now available, however, the process to access the site has been changed. If you had access to OWL E-Learning before the relaunch, you will need to follow the steps for New Users. Please see below for more information.

Free online courses

Members of the Athena Forum are able to participate in free online professional development training classes to increase their knowledge and skills. In today’s demanding work environment it can be difficult to find time to get the training you need. We developed the OWL E-Learning with you in mind. Continuing education hour certificate will be offered for all completed courses.
