2023-2024 Scholarship Application Form

In an effort to support workforce development, DBHR has identified funding to provide financial support for prevention partners to attend specified conferences on a range of prevention-related topics. These applications are open to CPWI, CBO, and tribal partners. Requests will be reviewed with your prevention manager for alignment with other trainings and activities in your approved budgets. Please note, scholarships cover the cost of conference registration only. Scholarship applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and are subject to available funds.
