Director of Substance Abuse Treatment Services

YOUTH EASTSIDE SERVICES (YES) is seeking a full-time dynamic Director to lead our Substance Abuse & Co-occurring Treatment Services. Candidate should possess 5 plus years in effective program leadership and clinical supervision as well as a history of developing and maintaining good relationships with external partners/funders. The Director must have a “can do” attitude with the dedication to do what is needed to deliver and manage the highest quality of program with an ability to maintain a larger vision for the program while simultaneously attending to details. Director will assure that the highest caliber clinical services are being delivered, are responsive to community needs, uses the most current EBP interventions and are reaching all aspects of diversity in our eastside community. Director will assure that all aspects of program are being managed at an optimal quality level, including areas such as service delivery, contract documentation and case records. The ideal candidate should be proficient in the use of electronic medical records, or propensity to work in such system.

Required:
Master’s Degree, License & CDP

Preferred:
Specialized training in Evidence-Based Practice(s) (i.e. DBT, CBT, 7 Challenges); G.A.I.N. Certified, CDP Clinical Supervisor; Certified G.A.I.N. trainer; Excellent benefits.  Salary DOE.
