Program Coordinator, Pacific County Youth Alliance

Willapa Behavioral Health is currently accepting applications from qualified individuals to serve as program coordinator for the Pacific County Youth Alliance.  Under direction from the PCYA board, and WBH, the program coordinator will provide support designed to build capacity within existing youth serving agencies in Pacific County. Examples of support includes coordination of training opportunities, fundraising, volunteer recruitment, and other technical assistance as requested by the agencies.  The PCYA Program Coordinator will also oversee and provide direct support for the Pacific County Group AmeriCorps project to include securing program funds, recruiting and supporting host sites, supervision of members, coordination of resources, and providing support for team members.

Ideal applicants will have a background in youth service, experience working in rural communities, excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and supervisory experience.   A bachelor’s degree in human services or closely related field preferred.

The person in this position will provide service across all of Pacific County and will have an office in both Raymond and Long Beach, WA. Salary is $30,500 per year plus benefits and mileage reimbursement.  The position is grant funded by the Medina and Cheney Foundations.
