JLS Family Resource Center is a grassroots non-profit that provides strengths-based programs to build community resilience, health equity and well-being on San Juan Island, WA.  Our Youth Programs Coordinator is a full-time position that oversees daily operations of Mentoring and Disability Advocacy programs for youth and young adults.  Creativity, great people skills and prior experience working with school-aged youth and young adults is a must.  Additional preferred experience includes:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English skills
  • Volunteer Coordination experience
  • Prior experience as a special education teacher or youth social worker
  • Familiarity with Prevention Science

Pay rate: $28 - $32/hour, commensurate with experience.

Hours per week: 40
