In the third webinar of the series, “Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) for Prevention Specialists”, Dr. Barb Richardson will review the SBIRT process. She will discuss how to utilize SBIRT in prevention-based settings with adolescents and adults.

The Center for Rural Opioid Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery (CROP+TR) aims to provide training and technical assistance to rural communities for prevention, treatment, and recovery from opioid misuse. This webinar is part of a CROP+TR webinar series for prevention specialists on “Connecting Prevention to Treatment and Recovery for Opioid Use Disorder”.

CROP+TR is funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and led by faculty from the Washington State University College of Agricultural, Human, and Natural Resource Sciences, the Elson S.
