Training resources - Minerva 2.0 biennial data refresh

Launching into this new biennium, close to 170 CPWI, CBO, Tribe/UIO providers responsible for data entry in Minerva 2.0 (M2) completed the state fiscal year 2024 biennial data refresh training, virtually or in-person.

This biennium’s refresh training covered the history of Minerva and system basics, as well as dived into system improvements, updated guidance, and hands-on practice with the Minerva 2.0 team. The key takeaway from this year is a focus on simplified, accurate, required, and supported data entry. We look forward to continuing to capture more complete, accurate data in Minerva to reflect the impact of prevention services in our communities, across Washington state.

The final training slides by provider type are now available for reference in Minerva 2.0, under the Resources tab, inside State Resources. Stay tuned in the coming weeks for a complete, updated Minerva 2.0 user guide.

In the meantime, please direct any questions or concerns to the Minerva team.

Happy reporting!
