Webinar: Alcohol home deliveries and enforcement challenges

The pandemic is creating unprecedented shifts and changes in the alcohol marketplace adding additional challenges for Alcohol Law Enforcement (ALE). With the increasing expansion of direct-to-consumer (DTC) commerce through home deliveries of alcohol comes increased risk of illegal sales to minors, unlawful activity and enforcement challenges due to limited resources. As the beverage alcohol landscape changes rapidly, there are increased responsibilities for ALE and alcohol regulatory authorities to maintain an orderly and safe alcohol marketplace and to protect the public’s health and safety from alcohol-related harms.
