Anxiety: normal to debilitating
It is normal to feel anxious from time to time, especially when life gets stressful. However, when anxiety becomes uncontrollable and distracting to your every daily life, then this can be cause for concern. Anxiety can be tough for anyone to deal with, but add in the challenges of adolescence, childhood, and working to maintain a mentoring program and it can feel overwhelming and persistent. Anxiety can be a menace, but the good news is it can be managed. First, we must understand it, recognize the symptoms, and what triggers it in us. This webinar will examine this and more, while exploring strategies for managing anxiety including self-care, especially in this anxiety-inducing climate of social distancing and Covid-19 concerns.
